SHIPPING POLICIES

It takes me an average of 1 business day to prepare an order for shipping. This time frame may increase for larger orders or an order that requires more than the usual customization. If an order will take longer than 1 business day to prepare, you will be notified before purchasing in the description of the item.
Decals are shipped through USPS First Class Letter and do not come with tracking numbers or insurance. If you would like to add tracking or insurance, you can through the upgrade options available.

Fabric key fobs and lanyards are shipped through USPS First Class Package and do come with a tracking number, but not insurance. If you would like to add insurance, you can through the upgrade options available.

USPS First Class mail estimates your package will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days within the United States from the day it was shipped.

USPS First Class International mail estimates your package will be delivered within 7 to 21 business days from the day it was shipped. Once your package leaves the United States, the tracking number provided will no longer be relevant.
Upgraded shipping options are available at check out and vary by item type. Please note that upgrading the shipping will not increase production time.
I do offer international shipping on all of my items.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I can not declare your custom forms as a gift or state the package is worth less than it is.

I am not responsible for delays due to customs, but please be patient when it comes to international delivery times, as they vary greatly and depend on your country.
I would like to make it known that once your package is dropped off at the post office, we have no control over the delivery speed. That is entirely in USPS’s hands.

If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS. I am unable to open a case with the post office for you, as the USPS sees it as the buyer’s responsibility. If you need assistance or have any questions, please feel free to contact me for assistance. However, I are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise and if you did not purchase insurance I will be unable to replace your items or grant you a refund.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of your purchase. Simply message me on your order number and I will initiate the refund and cancellation for you to approve.
Due to the customization of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason that is not due to a mistake on my part. If a mistake was made on my end, please message me on Etsy and I will work quickly to correct it. If you have an issue with your order that is not a mistake on my part, please feel free to message me so we may work together to find a solution.

I do accept custom orders of all types. Please message us on Etsy to discuss your vision further and receive a personalized quote for your order.
wholesale orders are available upon request. Please contact me to inquire about quantity minimums, discount pricing, and turnaround time.
